Reflection regarding lessons learned from Week Two. From our video the interviews were very powerful to me. From Dr. Briseño's interview one of the things he mentioned and will stay on my mind first "look at facts", data. Also, peer sharing is very important and read or research the areas of interest and trouble. From Dr. Chargois' interview, "better teachers never stop learning", also to be data driven and use action research, quantitative and qualitative to improve student performance.
Our assigned readings from Dana text, which provide focus of action research. "The Passions That Drive Your Journey," the nine areas, she describes them as the major wonderings of many school leaders."
